Services are delivered via live sessions, written deliverables, and AI workspace configuration as outlined in each client proposal.

3. Proposals and Agreements

All engagements begin with a written proposal outlining the scope, package, deliverables, timeline, and payment terms.

A formal engagement begins only upon written acceptance of a proposal and receipt of the applicable deposit.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for attending scheduled sessions, completing pre-session preparation work, and providing accurate business information required to complete the knowledge-capture process.

Delays caused by client unavailability may affect delivery timelines.

5. Intellectual Property

All templates, frameworks, and methodologies used in the AI-Ready Business Blueprint are the intellectual property of AI Innovator Pro.

Deliverables produced for your business — including knowledge base documents, system prompts, and persona profiles — are licensed to you for use in your business upon receipt of full payment.

6. Confidentiality

We treat all business information shared during sessions as strictly confidential. We do not share, sell, or disclose client business information to any third party.

7. Limitation of Liability

AI Innovator Pro is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or deliverables.

Our total liability in any matter is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement in question.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding relating to these Terms must be brought exclusively in the courts of British Columbia, Canada, referencing the parent entity Benalika Consult Inc.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page.

Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
